The project entails project site investigations and compliance inspections on sites throughout Fort Belvoir. We performed project and plan reviews to complete preparation of one permit application for stream stabilization/restoration projects on three streams to protect water and wastewater infrastructure; completed preparation of one permit application for repair, replacement and construction of new water and wastewater lines and utility right-of-way stream crossings, that will include 4-5 impacts to streams or wetlands.
